BEST WATER PROOF MASCARA?
Is the new Wayne Goss waterproof mascara the BEST? You know I've been on the hunt for the best water proof mascara and I've tried many that I like but nothing groundbreaking. I decided to test this one because Wayne Goss made this for lashes that are like mine, wimpy and thin. The first impression is that I do like this. However it did transfer. But to be fair most mascaras do as my lashes hit my droopy lids. I do think it's a nice mascara and after I finish it I'll let you know if I repurchase it. I still like my Lancome Idol. This is definitely a close second.
