Resident Evil 1 (PSX 1996) Uncut Version - Ending 1 FMV Upscaled with Topaz Gigapixel v4.4.4 15fps (source) to true 60fps (output) achieved with combination of Frame Blending and Optical Flow (interpolation) using Adobe Premiere Pro. Original Source: 320x240p 15fps Final Output: 1920x1428p True 60fps* *Post production notes: Due to the interpolation methods upgrading from 15fps to 60fps, some artifacts occur as the software tries to guess (interpolate) the in-between frames. To counter this, I processed the video frame by frame and manually removed most of the major artifacts and glitches. The final result still blows my mind.
