6-3 Opera PAL strat
New pause strat for Opera in SMAL runs. [U] 59.30 [UL] 56.96-.91 [UR] adjust for goal. The frame you get affects the adjustment you need. .91 and .96 are really easy, .93 is slightly harder and .95 is quite awkward. Still, 1 frame into 4 frames is far nicer than the NTSC strat.
