RESIDENT EVIL VILLAGE ON A MAC - PART 1

Resident Evil Village on Mac OS M1 Silicon chip Welcome to my walkthrough series of the famous Resident Evil Village – on Mac! Who’d have funk it? A triple-A game on the M1 chip. Now, I know what you’re thinking, “No way! It’s going to be crap! The Mac can’t run a game like Resi Village!” WELL, TRUST ME – YOU’RE WRONG!! This game runs almost perfectly – almost! There are no issues with the gameplay, but there are a couple of problems with the cut scenes. The audio and the subtitles fall out of sync with the video, which is frustrating, to say the least. However, the gameplay has no such issues and runs flawlessly. I am using Keyboard & mouse for control; however, you can use the Xbox controller. I have tried both and find the keyboard & mouse far more responsive than the controller. I am playing it on the Apple M1 chip, Mac OS Ventura 13.3.1 system. You can buy this title through the Apple App Store. At the time of making these videos, the Apple App Store held a notification on whether your Mac could run the game, which is very handy indeed. Resident Evil Village is a continuation of RE 7 and the Baker Incident. Ethan and Mia Winters have moved to Europe under the advice of Chris Redfield and seem to be living the dream. However, in episode 1, Ethan Winter's idyllic life with Mia and baby Rose is destroyed. Chris Redfield assassinates Mia and kidnaps Ethan and the baby, but all does not go according to plan. During Ethan's unconscious slumber, the vehicle carrying the pair is attacked, and our hero awakens in the snowy wreck to find the guards dead and no sign of his daughter, Rose. Making his way through the frozen forest, Ethan stumbles on what appears to be a rundown, abandoned village, but this place is anything but empty!
