NO BAKE Chocolate Salami/ Chocolate Biscuit Cake

It's super chocolatey and filled with loads of biscuit chunks! This is how to make Chocolate Salami/Chocolate Biscuit Cake: Chocolate Salami Ingredients: 200 g Plain Biscuits (Digestive or Graham Crackers)/ 7 oz 200 g Semi-Sweet Chocolate (cut into chunks)/ 7 oz 90 g Butter/ 3/8 cup 200 g Sugar/ 3/4 cup 2 Eggs 1 tsp Vanilla Extract 2 Tbsp Confectioner's Sugar (for coating) Directions: 1. Break the biscuits into small pieces. 2. Fill a small saucepan with water and bring to a simmer. Add semi-sweet chocolate and butter into a small heatproof bowl and place the bowl on top of the saucepan. Stir until completely melted. 3. In another bowl mix together the sugar, eggs and vanilla extract and slowly add the mixture to the melted chocolate, stirring constantly, until the sugar has dissolved and turns smooth. 4. Remove the chocolate mixture from the heat and gently fold in the biscuit pieces into the chocolate mixture by using a rubber spatula. 5. Let the mixture sit for about 10 minutes so it can cool enough that it can be formed into a log. 6. Spread the mixture out on parchment paper or plastic wrap and shape it into a log using a spatula or spoon. Roll up the paper and wrap it like candy. Place in the fridge for several hours until firm. 7. After chilling, remove log from the paper and rub with confectioner's sugar from all sides. Cut into pieces and serve.
