Barbie pasta
Ingredients: 1. Pasta, 350 gr. 2. Beetroot, 2 pcs. 3. Cream cheese curd, 150 gr. 4. Onion, 1 piece (medium size) 5. Garlic, 2 cloves 6. Water, 50 ml. 7. Salt to taste 1. Cook the pasta 2. Peel the beets, make punctures with a fork, put in the microwave for 2-3 minutes. 3. Fry onion with garlic in butter. 4. Beat boiled beets, cheese, roasting, water with a blender until smooth. 5. Mix the resulting mass with the paste. 6. When serving, you can sprinkle pine nuts, parmesan and garnish with spinach leaves.
