Together with Kyrgyz Composer Kalyj Moldobasanov he performed the ballet "Janyl Myrza", the first and second symphonies, symphonic poems, ode, rhapsody-ballad, Dungan suite, partita, the first concerto for piano and orchestra, "Aria for string orchestra", rhapsody poem, chamber ensemble. He wrote dozens of instrumental works, developing Dungan, Ukrainian, Tatar songs and Kyrgyz melodies. In Israel, Burshtin performs as a soloist and accompanist piano player.
