IKEA MALM King Bed with SULTAN LUROY Slats - NOISE (Part 1)
Purchased the MALM king bed with SULTAN LUROY slats from IKEA, installed it this past Saturday and have experienced noise that we haven't on our earlier Costco bedframe and the 13" memory foam mattress. Contacted IKEA regarding the issue, all they could let me know is to tighten all the hardware (which I confirmed were tightened) and then recommend I return the bed to IKEA store for review with an associate. I don't think exchanging for a new bed will help. I've added some magazines at the bottom of the middle SKORVA channel, hoping that when it flexes the support will help to reduce or eliminate the noise.
