Solomon Islands 2020
Solomon Islands is one of the largest archipelagoes in the Southwest Pacific. The Marovo Lagoon in the Western Province is the longest double barrier lagoon in the world. Its doting islands, coral reefs, and turquois waters, and rich resources have supported communities here for centuries. This was the first time I'd been back to the village with the kids in 5 years. Village life is good. Simple and happy. Let's bring the 'hapi isles' back!
