PLDT LAG - What HIGH PING 2000ms gameplay looks like in Overwatch | HIGH Latency of ISP

Tested the internet connection of a certain country. This is how gameplay looks with super high PING. It ranges from 1000-2000ms. I just wonder how my character looks from other's perspective. Tested characters are Hanzo, Winston and Widowmaker. This is in training shooting range.
