What to cook from PUMPKIN? Pumpkin SOUP recipe in 20 minutes. Fast, simple and incredibly DELICIOUS!
Ingredients: 1. Pumpkin, 1 kg. 2. Onion, 1 pc. 3. Garlic, 4 cloves 4. Cream 20%, 150 ml. 5. Boiled and smoked brisket, 150 gr. 6. Cumin, 1 tsp 7. Juice of half a lemon 8. Water 9. Salt, pepper to taste 1. Peel the pumpkin, cut into medium pieces 2. Cut the onion, garlic and fry directly in a saucepan. 3. After 5 minutes, we send the sliced pumpkin into the pan and fill it with water. The water should cover the vegetables slightly. Salt and cook for 15 minutes . 4. While the pumpkin is cooking, fry the brisket with garlic and paprika for 7 minutes. 5. When the pumpkin is already cooked, pour cream into it, bring to a boil and remove from heat. 6. Punch the pumpkin with a blender until smooth and add lemon juice. 7. Serve with fried brisket and herbs. Bon appetit!
