ROYAL CHEESECAKE with cottage cheese
Ingredients: 1. Cottage cheese, 400 gr. 2. Egg, 1 pc. 3. Sour cream, 4 tbsp. 4. Sugar, 3 tbsp. - in the dough, 3 tbsp. - for the filling 5. Flour, 260 gr. 6. Butter, 200 gr. 7. Baking powder, 1 tsp. 8. Salt, a pinch 1. Mix flour with salt, sugar and baking powder. 2. Grate the frozen butter. 3. Rub this mass to the state of crumbs. 4. Mix cottage cheese with sugar, egg, sour cream and punch everything with a blender. 5. Put half of the dough on the bottom of the mold, then the filling, and sprinkle all the remaining dough on top. 6. Bake for 30 minutes. at 200 degrees Celsius
