mazda 6 gg 3.0l v6 Weird noice coming from the engine

What is this clicking noice? 50000 km ago new timing chain. Nothing visible under valve covers. Pulleys checked. Denser clicking when more rpm/ driving. Engine acts and feels normal, no check engine light. Is it safe to drive?
