New World – Rules for Survival: Limits of Power and Space for Cooperation. Opening and First Session of the Valdai Club Expert Dialogue. On June 2, St. Petersburg hosted a Valdai Club expert dialogue titled “New World—Rules of Survival: Limits of Power and Space for Cooperation.” After the opening the participants of the first session discussed national resilience at a period of profound transformation of the world.
