Rules for staying healthy

Get up early in the morning, sleep for 7-8 hours daily, drink enough water throughout the day, eat less fried and junk food, eat fruits and green vegetables daily, do some exercise or walk daily, avoid excess sugar and salt, stay away from smoking and alcohol, keep stress low and stay happy, eat food on time, do not drink too much tea or coffee on an empty stomach, keep hands clean and practice hygiene.
