This is how the unconditional law operates, in all visible and invisible realms. And this very law supports the evolution of human beings. After all, we seek to avoid pain and suffering, and we strive to attain happiness. This motivates us to understand and follow the laws of the universe. Therefore, I ask you, do not cause harm, as far as it is possible for you. Ahimsa is the foundation. It is the first and most essential principle among all spiritual teachings.
