Обучающие видео создано для детских специалистов, педиатров и неврологов (студентов и ординаторов медицинских ВУЗов) на базе Неврологического центра Кортекс-Детство (Кыргызстан). Видео демонстрирует, как выполнять и оценивать младенцев по HINE (Хаммерсмит) в возрасте 2-24 месяцев. Инструмент используется совместно с другими диагностическими оценками для формирования картины неврологического состояния младенца. HINE, в частности, может использоваться для сбора доказательств, способствующих диагностике неврологических отклонений, включая (но не ограничиваясь) детский церебральный паралич.
