The larger disc and the chain were from Azendi, it has a picture of the moon and reads "The same moon around the world" (which is something that meant a lot to us when we first met and he was travelling with work A LOT). The smaller discs were from www.notonthehighstreet.com and they have my daughter's fingerprints and name and date of birth and they were a present when she was born. They don't seem to be available anymore I'm sorry!!
