While the immediate focus is on Phase I, based on 4 elements, new patents, and demonstrated on 20kW mini-station, M-Cycle emphasizes – our goal is completion of all three phases of the project, result of which is principally new power stations (Exergy Tower); principally new engines, both turbines and piston (Sub-atmospheric M-Cycle, Phase III), and modified existing turbines and internal combustion engines to increase efficiency to 80%+ and decrease pollution 10 times (M-Cycle Waste Heat Recovery via Humidifying Air Recuperator, HAR, Phase II) Proposed Project and Cooperation stages: Phase I - Improvement of Efficiency of 20kW mini-power station by 25%, or 5kW Based on licensing four new M-Cycle patents, including equipment, R&D and licensing fees A. Inlet Cooling - no modification of any existing equipment required, improvement 15% efficiency; US Patent Application No US 62/974,301: “ADVANCED AIR COOLER AND DEW POINT AIR COOLING METHOD” B. Cooling Tower - no modification of station equipment, work limited to changes of cooling tower core. Because efficiency of today’s towers is relative to wet bulb, and M-Cycle achieving lower, dew point temperature, it represents 140% efficiency increase, equating to 10-20% increased power generation. US Patent Application No US 62/920,190: “ADVANCED COOLING TOWERS AND DEW POINT WATER COOLING METHOD” C. Day/Night Regulation with water production - no modification required, allowing for day/night cycle without thermal storage. US Patent Application No US 61/749,744: “DEW POINT COOLING TOWER WITH WATER RECOVERY FOR CONTROLLING POWER PRODUCTION AND WATER COOLING SYSTEMS” D. Waste Heat Recovery - no modification required, heat recovered at boiler exhaust, increasing efficiency twice, but representing lowest advantage in power generation 1-3%. US Patent Application No US 62/922,761: “COMBINED POWER CYCLE SYSTEMS AND METHOD FOR ENHANCING THEIR EFFICIENCY BY INNOVATIVE EXTRACTING AND RECOVERY OF EXHAUST HEAT”
