Final Destination 2 (movie, 2003)
Kimberly Corman is heading out of town with her friends, but just before entering the highway, she is suddenly struck by a terrifying vision: a chain-reaction crash involving a truck, logs, explosions, and dozens of deaths. Coming back to herself, she blocks the entrance to the road and thereby saves several strangers who were supposed to die in the disaster. But it soon becomes clear that death has only postponed its plan: the survivors begin to die one by one in a frighteningly precise order, while Kimberly tries to find the connection between the new tragedy and the events of the first film. Together with police officer Thomas Burke and Clear Rivers — the only survivor from Alex Browning’s plane crash — she searches for a way to break the deadly chain, where any ordinary detail can become the beginning of a fatal mechanism.
