It's hard to explain what this event feels like until you're standing at the start line at 7 AM on the Nizhny Novgorod embankment, surrounded by thousands of people of all ages — kids, grandparents, professionals, first-timers. Nizhny Novgorod has twice been named the Running Capital of Russia — and when you see the energy of this city on race day, you understand why.
