10 Things I Hate About You (movie, 1999)
Kat Stratford is seen at school as prickly, unreachable, and too smart for the usual teenage games, while her younger sister Bianca dreams of dates, popularity, and an ordinary high school life. Their strict father allows Bianca to go out with boys only on one condition: Kat must go on a date first, though she is the last person who wants to obey anyone else’s rules. So Cameron, the new student in love with Bianca, and his friend come up with a plan — convince the mysterious rebel Patrick Verona to take an interest in Kat, even if they have to pay him to do it.
